At Best Ride Car & Limo, our rates are all-inclusive, meaning that there are no hidden fees or additional charges. The price we quote you at the time of booking is the final price you’ll pay unless you request additional services or make changes to your reservation.

At Best Ride Car & Limo, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our clients’ needs. Here’s our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you won’t be charged any cancellation fees.

  • If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the reservation.

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled pickup time, you’ll be charged a no-show fee equal to the full amount of the reservation.

    Please note that certain events, such as weather-related emergencies or flight cancellations, may be exempt from cancellation fees. We’ll do our best to work with you to reschedule your reservation if your plans change.

We leave it up to our clients to decide whether or not to leave a gratuity for their chauffeur. We believe that gratuities should be based on the quality of service provided and are at the discretion of our clients.

If you do choose to leave a gratuity, the customary amount is between 15% and 20% of the total fare. You can add the gratuity to your payment at the time of booking or pay it directly to your chauffeur at the end of your trip.
